Membership

If you would like to try BMX racing you can come along to your first 3 club practise sessions for free. After that you can join Gosport BMX Club at the rates listed below. Additionally there will be a small charge on gate practice nights.

12 years and under: £5.00

13 to 17 years: £7.50

18 years and over: £10.00

Anyone wishing to join The British Cycling Association can do so by seeing their web site. Under 16’s are eligible for FREE Bronze British Cycling membership.

Child Protection and Welfare

All key Club committee members and coaches will have Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) Checks to ensure their suitability for working with young people and also undertake Sports Coach UK approved Safeguarding and Protecting Children Courses. Additionally the Club has it’s own welfare officer who can be contacted if you have any queries or concerns.

Forms

Membership application form: Application form for annual membership of Gosport BMX Club. For riders under the age of 18 the form must be completed by a parent or guardian.

Consent Form: This form gives the responsibility of your child to the Gosport BMX Club activity leader during the period of the activity. It also gives authority to sign on your behalf for emergency hospital treatment.

Parents' volunteering enquiry form: Do you have some time to spare to volunteer for our club? Are you fed up of standing at the sidelines? Afraid that you don’t have the skills to contribute? There are many ways that you can support the club and help it grow and develop. Even if you know nothing about cycling, you may have other skills that the club needs.
