Welcome!
Welcome to the home of Gosport BMX Club. The Club was formed in 2007 and is rapidly expanding. We aim to involve the local community as well as attracting new riders from all over the area. BMX Racing is a fun and exciting sport, suitable for anyone aged from 4 to over 40, male or female.

The Club is run entirely by volunteers and we're always on the look out for more help.

FUNDRAISING NEWS
A very big thank you to everyone who sponsored the New Years Day dippers. We have raised over £500 from this event.
Congratulations to Tracy Brown who raised £210 winning herself a new club race top, and to Nikki Spiers raising £85, winning a new club polo top.
We have just been notified of a succesful grant for £4800 won by the club's youth committee. This will purchase a new timing system, video recorder and monitor to help improve riders performance.
Funding will be available to bring top coaches like Dylan Clayton and Kelvin Batey to Gosport.
Money will also be spent on tarmacing the new berms once built.
GOSPORT's OPEN WINTER SERIES
Next round is on Sat 15th Feb with the last one on Sat 27th Feb.
£3 entry - gates from 11ish - racing from 1pm.
coaching sessions
The club now has, 3 more trainee level 2 coaches.
Coaching sessions will now be run on Sat mornings between 10am and 11am. These will be proper sessions with warm ups and session structure. riders attending are expected to fully take part in the sessions with feedback given at the end of each session.
British Cycling basic and intermediate techniques as well as BMX specific techniques will be taught at the sessions.
Sessions cost £2 for members and £3 for non members.
Regional and club winter race series
Dates are now confirmed and are posted on the calender.
The club series is open to all riders from other clubs and anyone who wishes to race.
