CAMPING AND PARKING
There will be camping available for the weekend on HMS Sultan Polo Field for campervans, caravans, motorhomes and tents from Friday 12 to Sunday 14 June.
There are a range of hotels in the area, for alternative accommodation.
The address for camping is Alder Lane, Military Road, Gosport, PO13 8NH and access is via Military Road. The site will open on Friday 12 June at 10:00. Parking via Grange Road will open on Friday 12 June at 09:00. The address for parking is Grange Road, Gosport, PO13 8AS.
Pitches are 9m x 9m, will be clearly marked out and will not be allocated. Only one vehicle per pitch is permitted and please keep within the marked area. To meet fire regulations, please position your camp in the centre on your pitch to leave as much space as possible between pitches. There will be plenty of camping pitches available.
The site is a NO SMOKING area. There will be firepoints situated around the site - please familiarise yourself with your nearest one. NO BBQS OR OPEN FIRES ARE PERMITTED ON THE SITE. GAS STOVES ARE PERMITTED.
There will be a noise curfew of 22:00. Please can we ask you to be considerate of your fellow campers and local residents.
There are toilets available on site and trackside. Showers will also be available.
There will be a skip located on site and trackside and we ask you to be considerate with your rubbish. Dogs are NOT permitted on the camp site.
The campsite must be vacated one hour after racing finishes on Sunday 14 June.
Disabled parking will be available for Blue Badge holders. Please email clubsecretary@gosportbmx.co.uk in the first instance to book.
Camping will go on sale on SATURDAY 18 APRIL AT 10:00.

Practice can be purchased in advance. On arrival, please collect your wristband where indicated. You will be able to buy wristbands for practice on the day, but there may be a queue. The wristband must be visible on the rider, not the bars of the bike. The track will be closed until practice starts.
GAZEBOS
Gazebo spots will be available for affiliated Clubs and teams. Due to limited space, only ONE gazebo booking can be made per Club/team (3 x 3, 6 x 3 or 9 x 3), on a first come, first served basis.
For Elite gazebo bookings, please email your booking request to clubsecretary@gosportbmx.co.uk in the first instance. Bookings will then go on sale on WEDNESDAY 13 MAY AT 10:00.
Club gazebo bookings will go on sale on SATURDAY 9 MAY AT 10:00.
Team gazebo bookings will go on sale on SATURDAY 16 MAY AT 10:00.
THE CLUB DOES NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ITEMS LEFT TRACKSIDE OVERNIGHT - YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK.
FOOD AND VENDORS
We will have various food stalls available over the weekend, including Foodelectable and a local fish and chip van. There are also various supermarkets and restaurants in the nearby local area.
We will have Crucial, DC Cycles and various other traders on site for the entire weekend.
